Jean Egdorf
Jean Egdorf is a stage manager and member of Actors' Equity Association. She holds an MFA in Playwriting from Ohio University and a BFA in Applied Theatre Technology & Design and English Writing from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Credits include six seasons with Creede Repertory Theatre in Creede, CO; three seasons with LOCAL Theatre Company's new play lab in Boulder, CO; two years with the world-premier musical I AM ALIVE by Emmy-Award winning composer Denise Gentilini and Lisa Nemzo; ACT in Seattle; Circle X Theatre in LA; and most recently the national tour of Memphis Jookin': The Show featuring Lil' Buck. In addition to stage management, she also works as a freelance dramaturg and educator. As an educator, she has taught stage management, mentored and supervised young crews and ASMs, and has led week and month-long day camp programs for middle and high-school students to write, produce, and stage their own plays.
