Jayne Baron Sherman is a Tony and Olivier Award-winning theater producer who also produces independent films. The majority of her work reflects her commitment to issues of inclusion, diversity, and acceptance.

Her Broadway productions include The Minutes, The Great Society, The Sound Inside, Network, American Son, Lifespan of a Fact, Burn This, It Shoulda Been You, Side Show, Hedwig and the Angry Inch (Tony), Of Mice and Men, Kinky Boots (Tony), A Time to Kill, The Normal Heart (Tony), Elling, 33 Variations, and the Tony-nominated original revival of A Raisin in the Sun. Also, Fleabag (off-Broadway and West End), Curvey Widow (off-Broadway), and This is Our Youth (Sydney Opera House).

Her film and television credits include: Tu Me Manques, The Accidental Wolf, A Call to Spy, Radium Girls, Wild Nights with Emily, That’s Not Us, Love is Strange, Alex & Ali, DTLA Season 1, and In the Life TV.

An LGBT activist for decades, she has served on several boards including Lambda Legal (co-chair), In the Life Media (co-chair), and Stonewall Foundation. She remains involved with a number of organizations including Our Fund in Ft. Lauderdale.
